Excellent in every way. Contacted Shaun a couple of weeks ago for a quote to re point my tired looking patio. He turned up for the quote 'on time' . I received my quotation within a couple of days. I decide to go ahead and we fixed a date. Shaun again turned up 'on time', which in itself is remarkable in my experience. Shaun carried out the work very professionally, and I was informed exactly what he would do. At the end of a busy day my patio and area which was jet washed was left clean and tidy. Shaun was very courteous and extremely well mannered throughout. I would not hesitate to recommend Prompt Peak Services / Shaun

I contacted Promp Peak Services to get my gutters cleaned. The price was very reasonable and there was a full menu of optional Services that are available. I opted for the Window cleaning and also the soffit & fascia cleaning. Once the price was agreed Shaun booked me in for 2 days later which was amazing. Shaun arrived on time, completed everything that was asked for, was very courteous and completed everything without supervision. This is a highly recommended service and company. Thoroughly satisfied customer.

Absolutely incredible service from Shaun! Our decking and patio were in an absolute state - we haven’t touched it for a year and living next to a river the once grey slabs turned green! the joints between the slabs have disintegrated and needed grinding out and replacing, the gutters were full and the list goes on! With a newborn all way too much to even think about and Shaun sorted it ALL. He was incredibly flexible and helpful, talking things through and bouncing ideas off to achieve the best result. Multiple visits and all is under control and looking absolutely wonderful! Really genuine, lovely person who we’d welcome back at our house anytime - for work or just for a cuppa!
