With a straightforward preassure wash blast, algae and moss are easily removed. Where Black Lichen spots are heavily set in, we’ll use a chemical pre-wash to help remove this. Sealant chemicals both add to the clean finish as well as provide a barrier that helps limit the future growth of moss and algae.
