Our website contains a booking and contact form which collects information such as your name, email address, telephone number and physical address. This information is used for the sole purpose of contacting you and providing the service you have requested. By submitting the contact form online, you consent to the use of your details for this purpose.

How we store it

Prompt Peak Services will retain your personal data as long as it is required for the purpose for which the data is collected. Any data submitted via online forms are also retained on the web hosting server for a period of time, default period is 30 days.
